In our Dolphin Encounter, you and your family will have the opportunity to receive all the affection from the most tender and playful marine animals; the Dolphins. In this program to swim with dolphins, your children will be able to enjoy safe and fun activities that Dolphin Discovery Vallarta has designed for people of all ages. You can enjoy this program from a platform that will cover half of your body without the need to swim. A professional trainer will tell you all about marine mammals and your dolphin friends they will give you unlimited affection, they will greet you, they will sing to you and you will be able to caress them. Our dolphins will always welcome you in Vallarta .

Additional Information:

The minimum age to participate in the challenge, zip line and climbing tower activities is 5 years old.
Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a paid adult over 18 years of age. Infants swim free accompanied by 2 paying adults. Children over 10 years old may participate alone paying adult price. Children under 8 years of age will only perform the Hand Target and Hand Greeting activities.

The water park is open every day from 11:00 am to 05:00 pm
In Vallarta, groups have a maximum of 10 people.
The program takes approximately 30 minutes.
The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
To participate in extreme activities, the following requirements must be met:
Ages are 5 years and up as long as the harness fits.
Minimum weight 40 kg and Maximum 105 kg.
Pregnant women are not allowed.
The use is prohibited for people with heart, blood pressure, respiratory, epilepsy, diabetes and acrophobia problems.
IMPORTANT: At the moment we are NOT receiving dollars in cash at our location, we are only receiving pesos in cash and charging credit or debit cards charged in pesos and dollars.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photographs will be available for sale.
For companions, Parque Aquaventuras has a cost of $349 MXN per adult and $249 MXN per child between 4-11 years of age.
Locker service with an extra cost of $40 MXN.
The access of food and drinks to the park is not allowed

Recommendations:

For safety reasons, women with a pregnancy of 5 months or more are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only women with a pregnancy of less than 5 months can participate in the Encuentro program only if they are accompanied by another adult and once they have signed the responsibility form.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember that before your swim with dolphins you will receive an orientation.
If you have any physical or health problem, contact our call center before making the reservation to provide you with all the information about our services.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment and marine species.
It is important to bring towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals and souvenirs.
